Task & Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment to achieve hiring targets and business needs • Develop talent acquisition strategies and build strong talent pipelines • Manage and drive employer branding programs through campuses, professional communities, and digital platforms to attract qualified candidates • Partner with business leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions • Drive new hire retention by improving hiring quality, ensuring candidate-job fit, and collaborating with stakeholders to support successful onboarding and long-term employee retention • Analyze recruitment performance and continuously improve hiring processes
Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, or related field • Minimum 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2 years in a leadership role • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy & employer branding • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and related data analysis tools to support recruitment reporting and decision-making • Proficient in using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar applications) to create recruitment and employer branding content
