Task & Responsibilities
Structured development program designed to prepare future-ready project leaders through in-class learning, hands-on project exposure, and cross-functional collaboration experiences. The program aims to develop high-performing talents with strong capabilities in project coordination, monitoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management to drive impactful projects and support sustainable business growth across Indonesia.
Qualification
• Minimum D4 or S1 in Engineering • Fresh graduates (max. 2 years of working experience) • Good communication, problem-solving, and strong leadership skills • Strong interest in project management, project monitoring, and stakeholder coordination • Willing to be placed in all TBIG regional areas across Indonesia.
