Task & Responsibilities
• Plan and implement CSR programs aligned with the 4 CSR Pillars of Tower Bersama Group. • Assess and ensure sustainable social and environmental impact (CO2 absorption, reforestation and community empowerment). • Maintain accurate and comprehensive data related to programs through TBIG’s CSR platform. • Drive awareness initiatives that strengthen employee engagement in CSR activities. • Measure and evaluate the impact of CSR implementation on both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification
• Minimum S1 in any major • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field. • Strong knowledge of social and cultural dynamics. • Understanding of strategic management principles. • Proven skills in Public Affairs (Stakeholder Relations) and Community Relations. • Proficiency in data processing and visualization. • Able to communicate effectively in English, both spoken and written.
