Task & Responsibilities

• • Develop project planning for CME (civil, mechanical, electrical), including timelines, resources, and technical requirements for BTS tower construction.
• Supervise on-site project execution, from foundation construction to electrical installation, ensuring alignment with design and project targets.
• Coordinate across internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of technical or operational issues.
• Monitor project progress regularly through reports and site visits, and manage project documentation systems.
• Ensure the quality of work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Lead project teams and evaluate vendor performance, including providing guidance and improving execution quality.

Qualification

• • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in telecommunications infrastructure projects, especially BTS/tower construction.
• Strong technical knowledge in CME works (foundation structure, grounding systems, electrical panels, etc.).
• Experienced in leading teams and managing multiple projects across different locations.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and technical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed at Palembang, South Sumatera
