Task & Responsibilities
• Supervise and monitor the work of the programming team & ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards. • Identify areas for improvement in existing IT systems and processes. • Design and implement solutions to enhance system efficiency and reliability. • Collaborate with other teams to integrate new systems or improve existing ones. • Analyze issues in production applications & resolve technical problems reported by users. • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify issues and provide long-term solutions.
Qualification
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. • At least 4 years of IT experience, with 2 years in a supervisory or team leader role preferred. • Proficient in .Net programming (C#, ASP.NET, etc.). • Strong SQL Server query writing skills (queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning, data analysis). • Experience using Git for version control and team collaboration. • Strong business process analysis skills and ability to translate business needs into IT solutions. • Understanding of system architecture, database management, and system integration. • Experience in debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in production environments. • Willingness to continually learn and keep up with emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud computing, microservices, DevOps, etc.).
