By registering and using the TBG E-Career platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

4. Use of the Platform

The platform is provided solely for legitimate job application and recruitment purposes within PT Tower Bersama Group. You may not use the platform to submit false information, impersonate others, or engage in any unlawful activity.

5. Submitted Content

By submitting your profile, CV, and other application materials, you grant PT Tower Bersama Group a non-exclusive license to review and process your data for recruitment purposes.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

PT Tower Bersama Infrastructure, Tbk. ("TBG") is the data controller responsible for processing your personal data collected through this platform.
